its crap. i am no tree hugger but i also think there is a need to keep mercury and other awesome substances out of my grandsons cheerios. its all crap when a scope is put on the countries that are the real manufactures(?) these days. they could give two cancer laden sh**s about some emission level cap. wow that was kinda serious for me.
