Why a LTCH for a rifle? Just asking?

By seeing a LTCH, I know that you are legally able to purchase a firearm. This allows me to sell knowing that I have not sold to someone that can not purchase a firearm through a gun shop because that person could not pass a 4473 background check.

just bought a new style 995s and have been looking for something to try to retain the factory sights. the riser looks like it might be tall enough to clear them.
