Would you hesitate to carry Double Taps 110gr Barnes tac xp in a 3 1/2 357?

I'm going to start carrying my wheelgun some. I cannot decide what ammo would be best. It has a 3 1/2 inch comped barrel on it. Worried about underperformance, muzzle flash,and over penetration. In that order. Any advice from someone thats done their homework? Also I couldn't find terminal performance data on this load if anyone knows where that might be hiding. Thanks fella's

3 1/2 in would be the chamber. I have no idea what barrel length would be, some might say he's overcompensating for a snub nose.
