That's a great photo in many respects.

Curious if she reloads that way "for realz" or just has the muzzle directly up because he has students in front of her. It may be the best risk management in some real life situations, but in others maybe muzzle depressed further is a better way (e.g., muzzle pointed above the backstop could get you disqualified shooting sports). It's good to see her reloading at eye level in order to execute the skill efficiently and still keep whatever is downrange still in her line of sight.
