OP correction to your story only the teenage daughter who attends bishop noll in Hammond saw the shooting. She was in the car when it happened and then ran to the school. The shooter left on his bike after killing the wife.
The son was inside the school helping with ccd classes.
The shooter had warm the wife The divorce was going to be messy and the kids were going to suffer.

A couple of weeks ago this same church was in the news, hundreds of people were flocking to this very same church to observe tear stains on the cheek of a statue of the Blessed Virgin that has been standing on the church grounds for decades. Whether it was a miracle or not I do not know. I do believe there are things in the supernatural realm that are beyond our understanding, and perhaps there is something of that here. I for one can't help thinking there is a connection. But in light of this week's tragedy, it is certain that many are shedding tears along with her.
