The video below sums up the problem, and also featured something I had not seen or heard. New MALE ROTC recruits forced to march in high heel women's shoes. Story after vid.

Is anyone shocked that an inside the beltway person in a highly restricted, gun unfriendly, city want to repeal the 2A?

If we conservatives keep trashing the armed forces with this nonsensical trashing then who do you think is going to fill the gap? If we keep telling our kids, "Don't join the army, they're woke!" Then yeah, they will be because we've abandoned it. (Much to Putin and Pooh Bear's delight)

I believe a citizens army would be much more effective than a woke Marxist filled trans army. Our future may determine if my prediction is correct.

Under a 2020 Equal Opportunity law, commanders may now subject anyone who refuses to “affirm” a transgender servicemember’s “gender identity” to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) for alleged “harassment,” according to Captain Thomas Wheatley, an assistant professor at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

I said earlier in this thread that they would use military lawyers and law to push this woke crap.

The lawmakers have requested information on the publication of the DEI advisory panel’s report, citing concerns over the potential impact on national security and military effectiveness. They have also expressed concerns over the emphasis on diversity and inclusion over mission effectiveness and capability, stating: “DoD’s emphasis on diversity and inclusion over mission effectiveness and capability concerns our nation’s national security and safety.”

The Republican lawmakers wrote on Monday: "Their findings showed that many did not feel comfortable recommending military service because of the DEI policies instituted throughout DoD. Americans have the right to expect that their sons and daughters in uniform are led, trained, and equipped by the very best."

The subcommittee chairs charged that "under the guise of DEI, promotions are being rewarded based on sex, gender, ethnicity, and race at the expense of merit."

I can't imagine why a dude that wants to wear a skirt and painted nails would want anything to do with the armed services. Maybe it's the uniform? YMCA....

I seem to recall a time when the Service would not allow men to join due to tattoos, unexplained scars, mental deficiencies. Now? Choppy-choppy on the government's dime (which is actually our dime). It's unreal.

It may be a blessing if that uprising would ever to happen.
