Has anyone had experience with the Vickers Elite prototypes? I picked one up recently and am looking for a value on it. From my understanding, there was only 7 of them produced. Thanks for the help!

Looking at completed auctions on gunbroker, it looks like sellers were asking $4k-$5k, but none of the bidding got above $3k. Limited market for sure.

Seems about right... I’m sure the market will go up over time. Mine is NIB and I’m not sure if shooting it would be a good idea or not. It sure is tempting

Wow! Did a google search for pics, that is one sweet looking 1911.
From the pics I saw it looks like two different models were made, a stainless with black "high lights", and an all black model.
They both look sharp, me personally, I liked the stainless with black the best.

Correct sir. I’m trying to get a ballpark price estimate because I have no idea if what I’m asking is fair or not.
