    some of that is the Tapco G2 hammer. They are a bit taller than a standard hammer, and can cause the bolt to 'catch' on top of them. They usually wear in with use, or you can reprofile the top of them a bit.

    I'm sure that's true, but my WASR had the slap happy CAI trigger in it. The bottom of the BCG was machined super rough, and the trigger was pretty crappy. It was bad enough, you could feel the imperfections as you pulled the action back :laugh:. I'm sure with a little work it would have polished out just fine, but it was a beater rifle, so I didn't mind too much.
