Who's snagging up all the "mare's legs"?

I have been on the hunt for a (reasonably priced) Rossi Ranch Hand ("mare's leg") in .357 for a couple weeks now. They are out of stock EVERYWHERE! Does everyone else have the same silenced SBR project in mind that I do and trying to get it in before 41F?

Which one of you has a closet full of mare's legs?

My guess is that people who are going to SBR them are snapping them up....which is the only practical use I would see for one.

I think I saw a couple at the Stout Armory Gun Show and I believe one was $472.00 but it was a .44 and the other one didn't have a label on it. It was from the same table.
