Annual? I'm there about 3-4 times a week, so an annual thing wouldn't be difficult

An INGO event at the gym? Wow. Just as long as no one expects me to OC while lifting! Maybe if I dug out the thigh holster I used to wear with my Army gear...? That would certainly make the eliptical machine more interesting.

DW and I alternate early mornings at the gym. Whoever stays home gets to put the kids on the school bus. Have I mentioned how much I like mornings at the gym?

She goes to the same Cardinal you guys have been talking about; I usually go to the one in Avon on Rockville road.

I am at the Avon usually on Friday afternoon, but 10th street more often.

Instead of the next OC walk how about an OC workout? That would be fun and very interesting.

But I did just get P90x and am leaving for the Army hopefully in March (I was supposed to leave already, but they lost my med docs ) so I dont know how much longer I will be there.
