One of my brothers "repeter1977" lived with me while going through chemo.
His account was suspended because there were two accounts at the same IP.
I messaged the mods, and it was fixed.

It's deeper than that. When this particular user utilized 'tor' and 'hidemyass', among other IP masking sites, combined with the registration IP hit, I'm convinced.

I use a VPN quite often as well. Not so much recently since I'm searching for a better provider but once I find one I like almost every bit of traffic will go through it.

Again, the fact that a VPN was used does not stand alone as a smoking gun.
