My wife and I took care of her mother for the last 7 years of her life. I have helped with many relatives and friends over the years. Currently my sister is living with my mom to take care of her while she recoups.

My wife was the primary caregiver for her Mom in ILL. from about June 2008 to Nov of 2013 when she passed. Wife would be gone from Sunday 4:00 pm to Friday 5:00 pm. It was a hard five years but we got through it.

My Dad who is 85 is doing well but consults with me on any large financial issues.

My wife has MS. Although she is only 37, she is in a wheelchair and requires me to take care of her as if she were much older. Not fun but at least she is still around!
