so are you saying there are cops that would actually refuse unlawful orders? seems like swat teams wont. if there are any cops that wont do what they are told i would like to meet one.

So, FEMA recommends people have "emergency supplies" on hand (food, water, medical supplies)...but, then turns around and trains law enforcement to be on the lookout for the people following their suggestions?!
