I only have 2 presses, but hope to have 3 in the future.

Right now I only have my RCBS single stage. I mostly load rifle ammo so I have no desire for a progressive, but I hope to add a Lyman T7 Turret press someday.

I also have a MEC shotshell press that doesn't get used much anymore.

I have two metallic cartridge presses, one for everything but 50 BMG and one for 50 BMG.

3 or 4 MECs but they've been replaced by 1 Ponsness & Warren.

I used to have 3 presses and used them in an assembly line fashon
One to de prime first then later , fill, seat, crimp
While priming with a lee hand primer
Just like 38-72 I had little/nothing invested in the presses just dies & shell holders were bought

3 - 550B, RCBS single stage, and a MEC. I think I might have enough parts to build up a 450 frame as well.

I have two progressives, one single stage and one for taking to the rifle range to tweak loads there.
one of the 2 progressives is always setup for 9mm and the other one I use for cycling the rest of the calibers.
Single stage one is only for my precision rifle ammo. and some odds and ends

Two single stage and one progressive and one turret type. I have simplified my life, I used to keep 7 up and running. I would just put a pillow case over a press when I was tired of pulling the handle.

Two RCBS rock chuckers and a Lee turret. The lee is strictly 9mm. I load 223, 308 and 30-06 on one RCBS and my brother loads all his stuff on the other RCBS

OK..... You guys got me perplexed. (not always hard to do )
I am just now getting into reloading and bought a 550. (I am taking Andrews class before jumping in) I am also a metal sculptor/coppersmith/blacksmith/welder by trade and ALSO love my tools!! They are actually "toys" to me.
So my question is: Is a shop full of reloading equiptment in my future?? I was under the impression that a 550 with the tool heads and dies that you need was enough. What is the need for all the other presses??
Sorry if I am "Hyjacking". I will start another thread so as to not take this in another direction but you are the guys I'd like to hear from.
    Thanx!!!!!!!!
