I currently have two reloading presses, a single stage and a progressive stage. I'm thinking of adding a third? I reload my rifle on the single stage and my handgun ammo on the progressive. Now changing it from die to die and small to large primers takes 5 minutes tops. Who has a press for small primers and larger primers so you don't have to change anything out?
Just curious because I received 300.00 for christmas and am thinking this is what I'll spend it on. I don't need any ammo or reloading supplies and I certaintly dont need any more guns. LOL

near Bedford on a whole lot of land.
I have 4, 2 single stage, a turret, and a progressive. The 2 single stage are set up for .50bmg so I can load one round at a time from start to finish. The turret press is set up for all other calibers and the progressive is set up for the two pistol calibers I shoot near daily.

I use a Hornady single stage for rifle brass sizing/depriming, a Dillon 650 for some small rifle and small pistol calibers and then a Dillon 1050 for 40 S&W (what I shoot most). I have a Dillon 550 set up for 45ACP but never use it.

I'll soon be using the Dillon 1050 for .223

I set up 3 single stage press in a row to process the rounds. I bought them cheap at yard sales and ebay. The first one is a RCBS Rock Chucker. They resst of them are lighter duty presses. It doesn't take much of a press to seat bullets.

I have a Lee turret, Hornady lock-n-load progressive, and RCBS rock crusher. I think the Hornady is the best and smoothest press that I have ever used. I reloaded for 20 years on a single stage only, and now I wonder why.

    Hornady LNL single stage
    Hornady LNL progressive
    Lee cast single stage

Changing from small to large primers on the LNL AP is about a 5 minute job.
