Which 700 should I go for?

If I were spending your money, I'd go with the AAC-SD as my first choice, then the SPS Tactical, then the SPS Varmint, and not even consider the VTR.

Weaver Extended Multi-Slot or EGW 20MOA base, Burris XTR low rings, Bushnell 3200 Tactical 10x40 (or the Weaver Tactical 3-10x40 or the new SWFA SS 12x42 mil/mil) and you're ready to shoot...and Federal Gold Medal Match runs about $20 per box online. Throw a Bell & Carlson M40 Medalist stock on at some point down the road, then upgrade your optic if desired.

I'd probably take the Savage 10FP-SR over any current Remmy, however...but I'm a Savage fanboy!

The AAC also has 1 in 10" twist rifling as compared to the 1 in 12" in the Tactical and Varmint.
