Where to buy clips?

1) Does anyone local (southside of Indy or Greenwood) carry stripper clips for the 1903a3?
2) If not, good online source?

Mauser strippers work well in my '17.

If you cannot find clips specifically for the 30-03 cartridge. I clips for 8mm Mausers will work. Just checked them and 30-06 cartridges fit just fine since that cart was based of the 8mm mauser. If you cannot find any PM me I might have a few I can spare. I save all of mine because I have found a number of uses for them.

those stripper clips from gunparts r junk.
once the little tabs break off the rounds will fall out.
u need need 308 stripper clips which can b used over and over.

how many do u need or want ?

I'm pretty sure I have almost a handful. I'll check. If I do you can have them, I haven't owned my 1903a3 for years. PM me and I'll look for them this evening.

You can kind of see them in some of these pics. I've sold the 8mm clips. The darker ones are 5 round 30-06.

I purchased a box of 40 for the Swedish Mauser here, scroll down past the cleaning rods. They work well on my sporterized '03 Sringfield, and the price is great.

Eh, probably 10 or so. That and a repro WWII sling are on the next items on my wish list.
