Where do I send my Form 1?

Sorry to post a thread about this but I need a quick answer on where to send my form 1.

I finally got it printed and filled out and Im going to mail it tommorow. I know for a fact that I sent my Form 4 for my M11/9 to somewhere in Georgia, but on the Form 1 it says to send it to West Virginia. Im confused. Do Form 1's go somewhere different than Form 4's?

Interesting that they'd have different offices. Wonder if you'll get yours back any faster than a Form 4.

I never understood this, the form 4's get mailed to GA money taken out of envelope, then forwarded to WV...gotta love the government!

They do this so that they can weed out anyone trying to make something illegal, like a machine gun. You wont get it back any faster.
