I think my 9mm Walter M1 as far a handgun and my Remington 308 for a rifle. I use to like my AR but not so much anymore. All of my weapons has a fuction and they perform them well.

Winchester model 70 Sharpshooter in any caliber that starts with .3 or larger, Model 1911 in any caliber that starts with 4, Beretta O/U in 12 guage.

For target we can slip the caliber of the Winchester down to .260.

Love all my CZ's, there's just no reason not to. But I have to say I'm still very fond of my EDC, which is an SR9C I picked up 4 months ago. With the sights adjusted to my liking, it's an inexpensive bull's-eye machine with a fantastic trigger that hasn't had a single hiccup, and I won't sweat it if it gets marked up a bit from being carried.

My favorite handguns to shoot are full sized service pistols, but I am warming up to a SIG P224. For a rifle other than a Garand, I like a Tikka M595 Sporter. For a shotgun, a Winchester Model 12 Riot.
