    Please post the law that makes it a felon for killing Cats that come on the farm and harass our livestock.:rolleyes:
    IC 35-46-3-12
    sec D # 2

    A person who knowingly or intentionally kills a domestic animal without the consent of the owner of the domestic animal commits killing a domestic animal, a Class D felony.

    You cant kill any of these without consent of the owner. cattle, calves, horses, mules, swine, sheep, goats, dogs, cats, poultry, ostriches, rhea, and emus. And yes a feral cat is a domestic animal.

    Are you talking about problem dog's and cat's that never go away or do you shoot on site any that you see even if it is the first time you saw them?

    I am not trying to cause problem's, just curious. I can understand going after something if they will not leave but I would at least try and get animal control out first.

    Yes problem dogs and stray cats. I dont have a problem with neighbor bills collie that is messing around in our yard. I do have a problem with mangy strays. When you live in the country its not hard to know whos dog is whos.

    In Indy all we have a problem with is stray cats. They stay around for a few months then disappear.

    Wrong again, I fall under the protecting my property blanket.

    You can keep your tree hugging mentality. It doesnt work outside of the city that has your socialist programs.

    These feral cats that you have dedicated your life to saving injure peoples pets and put a burden on people that live outside of the city limits.

    I do thank you for the evening entertainment.

    You need this one because you are a idiot redneck that is a felon. IC 35-46-3-14
    Bestiality
    Sec. 14. A person who knowingly or intentionally performs an act involving:
    (1) a sex organ of a person and the mouth or anus of an animal;
    (2) a sex organ of an animal and the mouth or anus of a person;
    (3) any penetration of the human female sex organ by an animal's sex organ; or
    (4) any penetration of an animal's sex organ by the human male sex organ;
    commits bestiality, a Class D felony.

    When the phrase "best friend" is said do you think of a human or fluffy your cat?

    I have in the past used bloodmeal around the edges.after years of bunny bustin I have developed a wonderful stratagie. At harvest time, rise early and go to starbucks for latte, then cruse the produce section at local store.Go Home.
    While rest of the brood will be stratching there bellies and carping about breakfast, rub a little dirt on the hands ,use a spray bottle for sweat, and simply load your pickin basket. You see my goodman gardening is really all about theatric's,go ahead and do OSCAR proud.

    If the animal doe snot have a collar or name tag then how do you know if is a domestic pet?

    No problem with that, personally I would call animal control frist but that is just me :).

    I have a cat that comes around every now and then but he/she is just passing threw. A dog or two that are the neighbors down the street and the owner's get them pretty quick or the dog goes back home. I have no oproblem with that.

    I heard Human Hair clippings work well also, so if your woman cuts your hair, throw the clippings around the garden. Also coffee grounds! Keeps all kinds of critters outta the garden and its all free!

    something my mom has done and has always worked was sprinkle human hair clipping around in the garden, little bunny smells that people are around (the clippings) and stays away. there is also some flower and herb she plants and that helps too but i forget what the flower and herb is. also if all else fails... .22 rifle always does the trick then you can get bunny stuffed and bring it inside and you dont have to feed it cleanup after it and it wont eat you garden anymore. :D

    Supposedly germanium flowers work, but I've watched them eat the leaves of the germ's so I am doubtful.

    Maybe the barber down the road will give you some clippings?

    Or, wire fence 1 foot high for thumper, with your electric above for bambi.

    Well if someone can take care of the cat that shows up here I would be real appreciative. Doesn't seem to have an owner and I tried to trap it but it seems to get out each time. Itneeds to leave and I don't care how it goes.

    When I was younger, living with my mom, she loved her garden and took pride on how beautiful it was. But there were some rabbits also loved to eat her flowers and fruits. She yelled at me to get my air gun. I shot a couple of them in different day, they never came back to her yard. On time a deer was eating her fruit and I just went outside and yelled, the deer quickly jumped over the fences and left. Now no way I would try to shoot a deer with a air gun.:draw:

    Well, being young and sort of evil, the devil in me wanted me to shoot it's eye, but the angel in me won. It was a big buck laying down resting down the hill. Easy target but still, the angel in me told me otherwise.
