Like shooting my full size 1911's & glocks. The compacks just dont fit my hands well. right now the funnest to shoot is my GSG 1911 in .22. Its a blast to shoot.
I've shot from single action .22 revolvers to my cousin's .44 Anaconda. I like my single action .22, my S&W 686, my Sistema 1927, my Glock 27. It all depends on my mood on what I like the most that day. I would love to get my hands on a S&W .500.
Picked up a little derringer kit at an auction that I've been to lazy to put together. Should be a different kind of fun in .45.
Most enjoyable ... probably my Kimber Tactical Custom II in .45 ... though I was out last night shooting for the first time my new Sig p238 in .380 (I got it just last week) and it was a hoot to shoot.
I prefer and shoot best with full size hand guns. The comfort of shooting compacts seems to depend more on the ergonomics of the gun. There are some compacts I shoot as well as I can with full size.
Personally I like any gun tha goes bang everytime you pull the trigger! I shoot al kinds from my single six all the way to my full size colt 1911. Which really is my favorite.
After taking the Glock 27, Sistema 1927, and a Armi San Marco 1851 Navy Conversion copy (in .38 special), I'd have to say the .45 and the .38 were pretty close to my favorites for the day.
I loved my my .40s till i shot my brothernlaws Kimber .45 he ruined it for me lol can't believe the distances u can shoot his pistol from very touchy trigger though he set it up that way if u take i'n a breath it shoots very very nice don't know if it's 1500 nice but now he has me thinking
