I've always been a fan of my 45 acp's and still love them but last year I bought a 38 super acp and wow what a great shooter! I worked some reloads using the same amount of titegroup I use in my 45 loads and 147 gr. lead bullets. Awesome fun.
I like my full size. I carry my s&w 4506 more than my other pistols. I was use to shooting M9's in the service and had a 5906 but did not like the way the 9mm 5906 felt shooting at the range. I have no trouble getting decent groups with my 45 and it f ts like a glove. I would get a 9mm again if it was a M9 or CZ 75/85
Fullsize 1911's in any caliber but NOT my NAA .380 Guardian. The Guardian is very easy to carry and built like a tank but stings quite a bit. After about 15 rounds, it's just not fun any more.
That is hard to say. For years I shot the TC and loved the feel of it in my hand. Also the S&W 29 feels good in the hand. I would have to say the Browning High Power is the best all around feeling in my hand. Then would be the Glock 36. I also like the feel of the Ruger Mark 3. As I said above it is hard to say. I will stick with the Browning High Power as the best all around feel.
