THIS? looks like your standard AR... with a noveske flash hider and a ONE PIECE upper... 4 rail free float tube and the upper are all ONE peice allowing for a single uninterupted rail on top... they are pricey though.

That's a VLTOR upper on that AR.

I know it's an Vltor Upper RECEIVER but I stated it's a Noveske UPPER- called the Diplomat.

Noveske makes short uppers like that built on Vltor upper receivers. WES at MSTN does as well.
