Small , light, .380 with higher capacity magazine options that will digest +P ammo and do it with 100% reliability. Also SA and DA with a drop bar safety. Price is not a concern.

"Small" and "higher capacity magazine" seem to be mutually exclusive. Otherwise I'd suggest the double stack Beretta Cheetah or CZ 83.

Neither are what I'd think of as "small," but rather compact.

Maybe we mean different things by "higher capacity magazine."

You do know that SAAMI does not recognize +p .380 acp loads?

Highly recommend a Beretta 84/85 .380 - commonly referred to as the "Cheetah". I believe mine takes 13 in the Magazine. Very Accurate and I have not had a misfire/jam yet. Lots of fun to shoot.

There are some 15rd magazines for the LCP, if that's the sort of capacity you're looking for?

ProMag Mag Ruger LCP 380 ACP 15-Round Steel Blue

Found this image of one on the interweb:

I love the Sig p230 SL. It's not exactly small, lightweight, or high capacity. However, it can handle a steady diet of any .380 ammo, it is extremely reliable, incredibly accurate, it has an excellent trigger pull, and it is the best looking .380 ever made.

Yep. mere technicality, Buffalo Bore does:

    As do several other manufacturers

Anything and I mean anything, is better than the 15 year old AMT .380 Backup that we now have. Granted it has been a flawlessly performing example and I pocket carry it as a bug but the wife is wanting to carry again and in her pocket it makes her walk in circles !

+1 for Bersa. I recently picked up a 380cc and love it. It is lightweight, thin and holds 8+1. It is surprisingly accurate. I like it so much I just ordered a Bersa BP9cc.

The crazy thing is I am finding internet pricing swinging from $310.00 to $421.00 for the same model !!
