I love the Sig p230 SL. It's not exactly small, lightweight, or high capacity. However, it can handle a steady diet of any .380 ammo, it is extremely reliable, incredibly accurate, it has an excellent trigger pull, and it is the best looking .380 ever made.

"Small" and "higher capacity magazine" seem to be mutually exclusive. Otherwise I'd suggest the double stack Beretta Cheetah or CZ 83.
Neither are what I'd think of as "small," but rather compact.
Maybe we mean different things by "higher capacity magazine."
You do know that SAAMI does not recognize +p .380 acp loads?

+1 for Bersa. I recently picked up a 380cc and love it. It is lightweight, thin and holds 8+1. It is surprisingly accurate. I like it so much I just ordered a Bersa BP9cc.
