Having been in a similar situation, maybe it's time to make an attempt at amends. Even if it's just to get the 22, which means so much to you, and will let the fond memories of your Grandfather live on. Good Luck!:yesway:

+2 The woman who married my grandfather took it all. My grandmothers farm, her china, her silver, all of it. I can't help but wonder if I had been nicer if we might be able to have some family heirlooms to pass on to our children. Extending the olive branch can be nauseating, but you have nothing to loose. The man already has everything.:twocents:

    Dakota Predator

Varmints, be afraid. Be very afraid. Because the Dakota Predator is setting a new standard of precision in the small caliber world. Created by the combined talents of Dakota Arms, Nesika and Miller Arms, the Predator was built from the ground up on a new small round action built to benchrest tolerances. You will enjoy superb accuracy at extreme ranges, making varmints very nervous, indeed.
You will find no compromises on the Predator. A one-piece bolt and handle. A precision stainless match-grade barrel, in either sporter or varmint contours.Three stock options, in composite or in AAA grade French Claro walnut, also in sporter or varmint configurations. And of course, the superb fit and finish that make Dakotas some of the most desirable firearms in the world.
