Holy crap. I watched that several times. A couple things are interesting to me:
First, I would have thought at that angle, the bullet would have skipped right into the "suspects" face.
Second, the plain clothes cop behind her is like, no big deal, she just excecuted this guy, I better control the traffic now
Next, I cant tell, but I dont think she decocked the pistol. (It could be DA only of course)
Any way you look at it, thats scary
