What handgun do you carry?

At this moment, I'm carrying a SS Colt 1911 Gov, but normally I carry a springfield XD sub in .40 and will be upgrading that to the xdm 3.8 compact here in the next couple weeks

Exactly what I'm doing. My xD 40 is for sale now and I'm going to order my XDm either today or tomorrow.

I like to carry my S/S Colt MK IV series 80 .380 government, in a SOB holster. It is light thin, and easy to conceal. In the winter sometimes I go for my S/S Colt .45 commander, in a paddle holster. Sometimes in the summer the S&W .38 chiefs special is a good dependable choice.
