After the very popular "How do you like your coffee" thread here is a new one ...

What do you eat, and drink, for breakfast?

Do you have a special breakfast for the weekend (when you have more time to cook) and something else during the week?

I usually have a couple of toasts with butter, cereals with milk, a coffee, a glass of orange juice and sometimes a couple of eggs on top of that.

That's how I imagine a typical INGO breakfast:

3/4 cup of egg beaters, and a hard boiled egg, cooked into scrambled eggs with pepper jack cheese.
    Piece of toast.
1.5 strips of turkey bacon. (My dog gets the half)
    Glass of water.

Other times I'll make an omelette instead. It'll have spinach, green, red, yellow and orange peppers, celery, tomatoes, and pepper jack cheese and turkey bacon.

I eat breakfast once a week.

    2 eggs
    2 sausage pattties
2 pieces of toast or grits
Sometimes pan fried tater tots or home made home fries

I never keep a schedule normal enough to eat 'breakfast' except when camping. Then I'm up making coffee before anyone else. Once I get my first cup or two down and people start to stir, it's on! Pancakes, bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns. Big breakfast because lunch usually isn't served as we are off hiking/fishing/shooting etc. It's always the best meal of the day

Usually varies from day to day. Sometimes a scrambled egg and cheese on an english muffin, milk and a couple of McIntosh apples. Other days, two sausage/cheese on english muffins, with milk and apples. Other selections include: 4 Eggo waffles, sausage and milk. Cold cereal, toast, fruit. Three scrambled eggs with Sausage Crumbles or diced ham, toast, milk and fruit.

I like variety. Oh! And of course all of these include coffee!

During the week it's usually a couple Marlboro's and a mountain dew. On the weekends if I'm up early enough I stick to the good ol' Eggo's (4 of them) covered with peanut butter and syrup (it's a filling breakfast). I'll either make coffee or have a mountain dew to go with it to help wake me up. If I'm not in a big hurry to eat I'll swap a couple Eggo's for scrambled eggs.

Weekdays, Quaker Multigrain Cereal. Yes, because I am old, shut up already.

Weekends, Broad Ripple breakfast or the yummy buffet at Main Street Wine and Cheese in downtown Lafayette.

Hmm. I may hit that tomorrow. I eat the same thing every day and that would be a nice change of pace.

During the week its a few cinnamon powdered mini donuts a mountain dew and a camel. Weekends I'll usually substitute coffee for th Mt dew, and may have toast instead of donuts. I prefer breakfast for dinner anyway.
