Based on number of posts/threads, I would have to say this show was not a whole lot to be excited about. My first miss in quite a few but schedule didn't allow me to go. No real needs but always nice to look around.

Finally made it out to the show late yesterday with the boys...it was their first time to go and their eyes were huge. They couldn't believe how big it was, but their only point of reference is the LGS's we drag them out to (wait till they go to the one in October). There was less traffic then previous shows I've been to but that was a welcome surprise since I was trying not to loose the kids and they were distracted by everything.

***Wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Brad (Brad's Knives) and Sheila (Knife Lady), you guys were very accommodating in chatting up my boy and were wonderful in picking out a starter with him. They were successful in getting our fire lit last night using that knife and there were many marshmallows that were toasted in your honor.

All in all we had a good time noodling the show and saw lots of INGO members to chat with.

Okie Girl I am glad to hear the fixed blade with the fire starter worked for your boy. It is a great little starter knife for practice.
Enjoy it and see you for the next one.

Bought an old school swamp rat knife with a beautiful sheath. That pretty much emptied me out as I had planned on buying a tan Ingo shirt.

I was talked into going for the 1st time in over 2 years. Wow....how sad the 1500 has become. It's not really a gun show anymore at all. More of a trinket show. What few guns that were there, new and used, can be found online for at least 20% less. And no.....the attendees still haven't figured out what a shower is used for. A complete waste of time and money.

I regret not buying a CZ P07 9mm I seen at the show. I'm still kicking myself in the *** for not buying it.

List of what I did get:
    2000 9mm bullets
    1000 45acp bullets
    4 pounds of Accurate No5
    2 pounds of Accurate No7
    1000 CCI small pistol primers
    1000 pieces of 45acp brass
    2000 pieces of 9mm brass

Left empty handed. But I did spend a couple quality hours with my little brother, so that made it a worthwhile outing.

ZX had Ruger SR22s for $289, which was tough to pass on...

I almost bought one of those Chiappa .22 revolvers. I did buy a Bersa Thunder .380 for the wife.

Looked for a Chiappa Little Badger or Double Badger, didn't find one.

Found a pretty good deal on some .22LR, .380, and some 9mm. Picked up a bit of 7.62x54r, some MREs, and a new ammo can.

It was a good day. The show didn't seem as big as normal, but it was quality over quantity.

Didn't get a thing. Was mulling over the possibility of picking up an FN FNS-9 but passed.

I did see a bone stock M&P 9, standard full size, no goodies, that someone was asking 799.99 for. I stared at it for so long trying to figure out if it was a typo the guy thought I was interested.
