Oh, and I saw this the other day, and then woke up to it yesterday in my head. I kinda liked the original studio version but it didnt do that much for me. Then I saw this one with the kids. Not sure if she was trying to match the kids' range, had a cold, or whatever. The lower range she chose is fuller and raw as if it is coming from her whole body instead of just her throat/head.

And as others have said, she looks like a hot kindergarten teacher, not the heavily tattooed pop star/singer songwriter. (google her and you'll be surprised.. )

Saw them up in Michigan at Pine Knob ski resort in 1979. They had a setup similar to Ruoff with a big hillside from which to watch. A line of thunderstorms came through. We had a big piece of visqueen that we were sitting on, that was big enough to pull over our backs. They started playing this song just as the storm was at it's most intense point, with lots of lightning. Best light show ever.
