Someone didn't get the frame recall notice

I got one for my tundra, took it in and they said “boy it almost qualified!”. Not really what I wanted to hear.

I have hinges installed on all my vehicles so that I can fold them up before I put them in my garage.

If I had Bugatti money I would have a seven car garage and folding would not be necessary.

I had a 99 4 runner that had the most beautiful paint and body all original 98k miles had a 5speed and the holy grail rear differential lock. Buttttt the frame was Swiss cheese it broke on 1 side and t it was like driving on ice. I managed to get it to a shop and they reluctantly welded it for me. I drove it another 3 years in town only and still sold it full disclosure for 5 grand. Those things out west sell for 10 or 15 grand. The hipsters in the pacific NW love em
