Alright we may have a convert on our hands. I still love my G21 duty weapon, and I'll always stand by my G19, one of the most versatile firearms ever made, but......

I am beginning to drink the koolaid called SIG!

I have been shooting my SIG P229 (9mm) like crazy and love it more everyday. So much so I have decided to switch to SIG as my daily off duty carry. I will be trading for a SIG P239 (9mm) this week and I am pumped.

Like I said I love Glocks, but my cheating heart is beginning to have a love affair with SIGs. Who knows what will happen.

Hahaha... Im a big glock guy too. but everytime I shoot my dad's sigs its hard for me to put them back in the safe. They are sweet shooters and just feel sooooooo good in the hand. But dont worry I wont tell your glocks if you dont tell mine.

I'm a big Glock guy, too, but I've begun to realize there are other handguns out there, too. Recently I've added a couple of Israeli handguns. But I still like Glocks a lot.

If a .40 S&W P239 can be converted down to 9mm without anything other than a barrel/spring/mag change, I'd suggest you go that route.

The .40 can also, with a barrel swap, handle the .357Sig. Talk about recoil!

Glock to SIG, I approve. You can rest in peace knowing that 22lr has approved your affair. Glocks just arnt unique in anyway shape or form. Everyone has em, and even people who know nothing about gun can recognize em (show a street thug a XD and he goes "cool Glock man"). At least a SIG is a respectable piece that can be carried with pride.

    SIG 229 MSRP $975
    Nice handmade leather holster $100-$300
    9mm ammo $10 a box
Extra 13rd mag from SIG $44

Knowing that half the world doesn't have the exact same gun, priceless.

I carry my glock with great pride, and the knowledge that it will not let me down. Im not saying your wrong about sigs, they are awesome, but glocks, while not pretty to look at, are as reliable and trustworthy that a pistol can be. And can I get some of your 10$ a box 9mm ammo?
