there are a lot of variables the price of an AK depends on such as variant, manufacturer, etc...........the very basic WASR 10 double stack NORMAL price is about 450....anytime I find them at $400 or less I'll buy it....but going up from there is just a matter of your opinion and what exactly you're looking for.....I don't know about Saiga's, Im not a fan of them

Generally a little high. Check Dunhams if there's one near you. their black friday ad often has them below $400. You may get lucky and find one cheap but I would guess you need to get there early. A better deal may be netting one from a private seller.
