I'm looking for a really cheap but reliable small-ish .38 or .357 revolver to keep in my car. I don't care what it looks like or what brand it is, as long as it shoots and won't blow up in my hands. I know someone out there has got a Charter Arms skeleton in their closet. Looking to keep it around $200 if possible.
