Anyone know where i can get a good deal on a P22? I have been wanting to get a little .22 plinker for a while now and i like the way the the gun fits my hand.

Just bought one Midwest Gun Exchange Elkhart. It was $279 on sale. Sale ended on 6/15, but maybe they would deal. Seemed like nice folks. My first trip there.

Mag release is on the trigger guard. And yes the slide locks back.

Depending on how you grip the gun when you shoot, the mag release on this gun can get in the way. Everytime I shoot one I accidentally drop the mag out of it. The Mosquito is another good choice in the same class and it has a more conventional mag release.

I got mine for $275 + tax at the 1500 bout a year ago. awsome pistol, theres a lot of upgrades you can do to it too.
