seems like they NEVER have 45 acp.

Really it seems like several Wally worlds, even when they have lotsa other stuff, are out of 45 acp

Oh well went across the street and Meijers has the Winchester PDX-1 in .40 (165 gr) and since it was my birthdaymy wife who works there got me one box with a 10% discount, still a couple bucks more for it there than Wal-Mart, and it was 165 gr instead of the 180 gr I like, but oh well, I just had to have a box, wasn't all that impressed upon closer inspection, compared to my 180 gr Federal HST, but alas, I been carrying 165 gr Winchester Black Talon in my G-27 for years, now I can rotate that amnmo, PDX-1 for winter wear, Black Talon for the good ol summertime.

I hear the FBI uses the Winchester PDX-1 in their pistols, anybody know if its 165 or 180 gr?

Stopped here this morning and they had every caliber in stock except .45. The shelves were LOADED (no joke, there was no empty space as of 7:00am) with .22 bulk packs, 9mm, .38 .40, .223, etc. etc.

Guy running the counter would only let me buy 1 .38 special value pack (try'd to buy 3). Said they can't keep those in stock. I told him they can't keep much in stock, so why penalize me?

Yeah, that's what they told me yesterday about the .22LR bulk packs. I have been buying the little 50 rnd packs. still pretty cheap.

No 9mm and the Bulk .22 was gone as I remember from yesterday.....didnt notice at first as I was looking at all that .40 Federal at $12.97 a box of fifty, redheaded sptg goods mgr with the big sweater .40s herself, said ammo was pouring in by the case, shouldn't be anymore back logs like last spring and summer, 9mm and .22 are so popular they just sell out quicker, still a limit, but glad to see ol Mother Hubbards ammo cupboard had ammo in it.

Yep it's funny, my EDC is a G-27, I have a G-22 I practice with too, my daughter likes my G-26, and my G-19 is the bedside buddy. So I get a constent stream of .9 and .40.

I try and shoot 100 rds of .40 a mo practice. G-22/27 combo
or 50 rds G-22/27 and 50 rds G-19 every other month.

I am just glad to see bare shelves stocked with something, even though the prices went up a buck.

Stopped in this morning and saw cases of 9mm being placed on the shelf along with a whole bunch of .22 bulk packs. There didn't appear to be any .40, but there were ton's of .38 special win clean and JHP +P.

    Christmas at Fisher's Walmart

    7pm 10-Nov-2009 - Fisher's Walmart had tons of ammo.

They even had two (2) boxes (remaining) of Winchester 380 100 packs for $33.

Plenty of Federal 40 cal 50 rd boxes for $13.47

Winchester FMJ 40 and 9mm 100 rd value packs. I didn't notice the price of the 40 but the 9mm 100 rd pack was $20.47, I think.

    They also had 357, 38, and 45, I believe.

Also had 550 rd Value packs of 22lr for $15.47.

They would only let me buy one box of the 380, but that's a great price in today's market. The sales guy said the 380 just got there today.

Hope it helps those who are looking...

I don't know if you can make this out, but maybe it will help...
