Both wal mart's in Scottsburg and Madison had Am Eagle bulk packs of 5.56in 120/150 counts. Both also had Tula 223 and 7.62x39 in decent quantities as of late Saturday. Got me some!

Plainfield WalMart had a few boxes of .22LR in stock last week. Both the person in front of me and the one behind me were buying a box. I picked up one too.

Walmart on Pendleton Pike had a huge amount of .223 and 5.56 in stock the other day, seems everyone wants handgun ammo at that store so rifle ammo goes untouched.

Hey guys. It's not Wal-Mart, but I was in Rural King in Logansport today and on the ammo shelves they had multiple box's of 7.63x39 among other calibers and a big sign taped to the shelve that said "We have .22LR ammo at the service desk". Like you all I was shocked!! I almost went up front just to stare at it. LOL! Like you said "this is a good sign folks" Hope it keeps up?

At $6/box of 50 I'm not surprised they have it in stock!

As much as I'd like it to be over, I'll be participating in extending the shortage if I can ever get my paws on a few bricks at a reasonable price.

If there's one thing I've learned, I need to hoard even the cheapo rim fire rounds.

The shortage still has me at a loss. How much hoarding can people do before they have enough? Ammo doesn't have a expiration date but will eventually corrode if not stored in a controlled environment. Personally, I hope these hoarders paid out the wazzoo for their ammo, the price of ammo drops below what it was 10 years ago, and all of their ammo corrodes before they get to use it all. :ar15:To heck with hoarders and gougers!
