Ok party people in the house.
Just remember that what we would want to use against "them" they could use against "us."
Be careful what you wish for.
EXACTLY!
Trying to change the rules when elections don't go your way will lead to chaos. Think about it. If Congress could essentially nullify the Supreme court at will, then ANYTIME one party controls both houses of Congress they would do so. Are you so CERTAIN that dems will NEVER control the House and the Senate together that you are willing to give them this power?
Here is my advice. Ride it out and focus on the future elections. IMHO, Republicans screwed up and elected a horribly weak candidate this time around. Guess what? That means that we have to live with the consequenses. The only good news is that the dems also selected a weak candidate this time. My bet is that Clinton will be a one term president, as long as the Republicans nominate a competent opponent for 2020. While the Republicans MAY lose the Senate this year, 2018 looks GREAT for the Republicans to take back the Senate due to who is up for re-election then.
