I don’t know how many INGO members have, like my wife and I have. Reciprocal, Durable, POA’s to facilitate legal and financial documents, but this seems to say I’m not of sound mind because of said documents.

The clip I saw showed a committee member asking the VA person if, should this bill become law, would the VA obey or ignore it. The VA person said they would not comply with the law if enacted.
