Based on several posts in this thread, it wouldn't surprise me if Tractor Supply wasn't the go-to pharmacy for Covid treatment for a few of our amateur virologists. Which is odd, since this virus is so survivable, it's a wonder anybody has to take anything but orange juice for it. How would we know if Ivermectin is doing anything at all, since everyone apparently survives anyway?
But no, I don't think that Ivermectin is just for horses. I do know the difference between a parasite and a virus, though. And the difference between reality and photoshopped conspiracy art.
The conspiracy theory nutter fantasy photoshop that Printshop posted came from Facebook.Who mentioned Facebook.....
This is a new straw man argument that the left is pushing since joe rogan caught covid. Since he said covid wasn’t a big deal how dare he seek treatment.Based on several posts in this thread, it wouldn't surprise me if Tractor Supply wasn't the go-to pharmacy for Covid treatment for a few of our amateur virologists. You apparently don't know what a straw man argument is. It would be reasonable to ask why someone needs several non-FDA approved medications to battle something that's just a 99.999999% survivable flu. This is a new straw man argument that the left is pushing since joe rogan caught covid. I seriously doubt Rogan is using horse paste. That doesn't mean that others aren't.even going so far as to imply that Joe went to tractor supply to get ivermectin. Spare me. A man with that kind of money can get a dr to prescribe whatever they want.

if your gonna throw up straw man and logical fallacies at least be original. This one is a week old.
Those meds are approved for human use, they are more approved and studied than any vaccine. If you can’t be honest with me at least be honest with yourselfIt would be reasonable to ask why someone needs several non-FDA approved medications to battle something that's just a 99.999999% survivable flu.
Find the post where I said that Ivermectin is not for use in humans, and win $20!
Approved by the same FDA that has approved the Covid vaccine? Those meds are approved for human use, they are more approved and studied than any vaccine. If you can’t be honest with me at least be honest with yourself
Approved by the same FDA that has approved the Covid vaccine?

And it was studied for how long before approval? More or less than about 6 months?Approved by the same FDA that has approved the Covid vaccine?
Anyone who knows anything about clinical studies knows that results in a petri dish very often do not translate into results in actual humans.Apparently you don't, as ivermectin has strong antiviral properties.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Overview
COVID-19 is a new type of coronavirus that causes mild to severe cases. Here’s a quick guide on how to spot symptoms, risk factors, prevent spread of the disease, and find out what to do if you think you have it.www.webmd.com
"Researchers infected cells with SARS-CoV-2, then exposed them to ivermectin. "We showed that a single dose of ivermectin could kill COVID-19 in a petri dish within 48 hours, indicating potent antiviral activity," says study co-author David Jans, PhD, a professor of biochemistry and molecular biology at Monash University in Melbourne.
Even at 24 hours, "there was a really significant reduction" in the virus, study leader Kylie Wagstaff, PhD, a senior research fellow in biochemistry and molecular biology at Monash University, said in a statement."

""The main way we think ivermectin works is to target a key molecule of our cells that we think helps the virus to proliferate," Jans says. "By stopping this, the virus replicates more slowly, and so our immune system has a better chance to mount the antiviral response and kill the virus." Giving this or any antiviral drug early is thought to give the body the best chance of beating infection, he says."
""Ivermectin," she says, "has shown effectiveness against other viruses, despite being an anti-parasitic drug." The drug is worthy of further study, Seley-Radtke says, but she calls the findings "very preliminary.""
But remember, a rubber stamp is just as good as 40 years of data. And it was studied for how long before approval? More or less than about 6 months?
Anyone who knows anything about clinical studies knows that results in a petri dish very often do not translate into results in actual humans.
"The drug is worthy of further study" can apply to any drug initially, but the findings being "very preliminary" does not equal "is effective against Covid."
Again, not sure why all this study is needed anyway, since it's just a 99.99999% survivable flu bug.
I literally repeated what they said. Did you not read what you posted? The results were in a petri dish, which is par for the course in preliminary studues. The findings are very preliminary.Do you have the degrees to affirm that these doctors don't know what they're saying?

Read what it says, not what you want it to say.
If degrees are what impress you, I have to wonder what your resume looks like compared to Dr. Fauci's.
