Ultimately the .gov is responsible for providing roads and the subcontractors that made the asphalt, transported it and laid it. Then the ones who stiped the lanes and push the snow off it in the winter, etc.

So it really comes down to the tax payer for giving the .gov the money to do all this and we will be the ones to pay the money for most of these cases anyway. So we should all just look at it as a tax and guilt through association.

Let's sue the hospital where the deviant was born! And the schools that educated him and the groceries who provided food for him, heck the sewage system for not allowing him to drown in his own excrement.

This could be fun to see where it all ends. Suing water bottlers for litter, banks for financing construction that ends in pollution, oil companies for providing gasoline to drunk drivers...

The only ones you can bet won't be sued are the politicians who orchestrated the whole mess in the first place.

Doing bad/stupid things to try and achieve a "good" outcome is and always will be a bad idea.

I suggest the .gov sue the parents for having children, let's start there...
