Stay focused. The thread is about Oliver Stone comparing NAZI's with the Tea Party. On that point, I'm 100% correct about Fascism.

On another point, LOL, you're sadly mistaken if you think I have any love for the Republican party.

On a third point, I find your whole stance hypocritical considering you wrote this in another thread. You sound a bit Fascist.

Unlike you... I don't feel I have to define myself inside the guidelines of any party.... I am me... Not 100% Democrat... not 100% Republican and not even 100% Libertarian.

What you wrote was... Facism = Socialism = Left Wing... and I simply point out that you are incorrect. You went from there to being a complete smart ass and then tried to direct me to a history lesson in which my response was to point out you were still incorrect.

Now (and only now) you admit you were incorrect... or more accurately deny what you said (twice) and call me the hypocrite? Maybe a hypocritical fascist calling someone a hypocritical fascist is hypocritical?

Its not free-market transactions... its illegal and while I don't care what people buy and sell, the ATF does...

In the best interest of INGO... I don't see how giving illegal profiteers a platform to sell their items is a good idea.

Do you? I happen to enjoy the freedom of using INGO as a platform to buy,sell and trade my stuffs LEGALLY... why would I want to see that taken away?

I suspect that if I go into the classifieds and try to sell Medical Marijuana... if INGO bans me for it, you will also call them Fascist. Don't be foolish.... anyone "BLATANTLY" selling illegally here should be banned....

No different than if someone was selling NFA items without going through the proper channels... or using INGO to sell to out of state buyers illegally....

Ideally, there wouldn't be these regulations and INGO wouldn't have to worry about them... however we don't live in that Utopia and therefore rules should be made to keep members following regulations to avoid problems for Fenway.... Its common sense....

At the 50,000 ft view, Communism, Fascism, Socialism, etc, are left-wing on the political spectrum. Republicanism (not the party), Libertarianism, etc, are on the right-wing.

At the micro level it really boils down to personal freedom vs statism.

Yeah, I know, people can point out "differences" that different groups have. Not all Communists are the same. Chinese Communism is different than North Korean Communism. However, they're both to the left.

So, you can say Fascists are "nationalist" or whatever you may think is a "right-wing" philosophical point, however, they're still on the left side of the political spectrum because Fascism is by definition, statism.

They don't call them that because they are right of the even farther left Democrats.

However, much of what they do is statist, which is a left-wing ideololgy.

Just because they're to the right of someone ever further left, doesn't make them "right-wingers" either.

And there you have it. People call Fascism "right-wing" because it's to the right of Communism, but they are BOTH on the left side of the political spectrum.

People like Oliver Stone use that distinction to their advantage by convincing the uneducated that Fascists are "right-wing" and the Tea Party is right-wing, ergo the Tea Party is Fascist. There's nothing better to demonize your opponent with, than calling him a NAZI. The irony being that people like Oliver Stone have FAR more in common with NAZI political ideology than the Tea Party.

Sounds about right I saw this and didn't even to begin to watch it. Oliver Stone is a big leftist and obviously isn't using truthful facts. What he is saying sounds exactly like what the current administration is trying to push that conservatism is the cause of everything that is wrong. I love it when people try to associate the right with the KKK I find it funny because of how many Democrats were members of the KKK. More leftist propaganda
