That is just to cool. It is like a dumb tax on braking the law by the city of Chicago. To bad they can't put the guy in charge in his own jail for being so dumb. How did he think he would get a way with it? I guess he thought he was in his own little world. Welcome to the U.S.A. Chicago. The land of gun owners.

So how long until mayor Rahm starts blaming this payout as a reason Da City can't afford police overtime or new recruits. Somehow they'll blame the NRA for promoting "gun violence" by defunding the city.
