The one that really counts is the unfunded mandates clock. That's the true debt. The rest is peanuts in comparison. Glad to see they've updated the old clock.

No the real one to look at is the Derivitives. 644 trillion dollars thats AIG's Big Black Hole. Thats why are bailouts are so high they are on life support. Just long enough for the fat cats that stole all our money can go buy foriegn currencies gold and supplies and leave the country.

In the end it does not really matter anymore they are just numbers after all.
We can just print more paper to make the number go away you know.
Besides so long as Amerisheep have the next season of "Dancing with the Stars", the Super Bowl, the fall line up of TV shows, a sprinkle of "media news", $3 or less gas, the "cash for whatever" programs, their SS checks and welfare "debit" cards all is good. Why worry? The stores have food on the shelves, Wal-Mart has a 2 for 1 deal on the latest Wii and you can even CHARGE it. So please stop clinging to your guns all and enjoy the ride. The aliens will come in 2012 and end all this anyways. :faint: =)
