I was talking with our son who is a cop in Lake county. He said it would shock people the number of violent juveniles currently incarcerated.

Only those who aren't paying attention. The depravity of humans isn't shocking. One need only read the headlines on Drudge, knowing that covers just a fraction of what actually occurs. What I find shocking is that people can't figure out why.
