Is there more to Bannon's supposed anti-semitism than the unconfirmed accusation of a single sentence about whiny brats by a soon-to-be ex-wife in a divorce document? The same lady who didn't show up to court for the hearing on her statements of abuse?

There's a joke going around that if Ted Cruz were nominated for AG--or dog catcher for that matter--the Senate would confirm him unanimously and throw him a going away party without inviting him.

Well when you call liars liars They don't like it. I would prefer 50 more cruz's than our current slate of senators

All the whining and fussing is coming out of folks that are the losers here. Press, libs, nevertrumpers, etc....
Where does Chris Christie fit into that spectrum?

Granted, I haven't heard him directly whine yet. We all know its coming.

The ambassador spots have not yet been filled. I think when he is finally shut out you will hear it. Or he realizes he is being shut out because of his own actions and he has enough of a man to stay quiet and accept it.

Anyone else think it's funny that the Democrats are rallying around calling someone an anti-Semite? The party that wants to abandon Israel and was going to smear Bernie cause he was a Jew?Jason

I've been saying that if he does get the SCOTUS nod, he will be the first one with 99 ayes. They might not even do the committee meetings and just put it straight to a floor vote.

I have said for years if you want to know what the Democrats are doing, just look at what they accuse the other side of. It holds up every dang time.

I'd like to see the look on Kagen and Sotomayor's faces with Ted Cruz sitting between them.

I think putting Ted Cruz on the court would be a win, win, win.

    From the Sotomayor link above:

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor encouraged the anti-Donald Trump protesters to keep on protesting Trump in a recent interview.

The Washington Post reports that Sotomayor was being interviewed by Bill Press at the Hill Center on Capitol Hill; Press asked her if she was "apprehensive" about Trump's election to the presidency.

Sotomayor dodged the question by giving encouragement to the protesters.

    Nope.

I think they would do anything to get rid of his fauxlibusters.

If he's nominated, and I doubt he will be, we may have to make a wager on this one. Cruz has the Pro-Life and Gay Marriage issues that would most certainly prevent him from getting 99 Senate votes.

Cruz won't accept a SCOTUS appointment. He wants to be president at some point.

    True. His father foretold it.

If he's nominated, and I doubt he will be, we may have to make a wager on this one. Cruz has the Pro-Life and Gay Marriage issues that would most certainly prevent him from getting 99 Senate votes.

This is probably closer to the truth. He would likely have enough from across the isle to withstand a filibuster. They already know the next SCOTUS appointee will be pro-life, anti-gay marriage--well, maybe Trump's sister, but that might be more of a long shot now. Anyway, what difference does it make which pro-life, anti-gay marriage SCOTUS nominee they choose, except that for THIS one, the Senate can get rid of one of the most hated Senators I've ever seen.
