They used all those official acts as evidence in the case.
Yeah, one of the witnesses talked about Trump having a conversation about strategies of how to handle the porn ho. Also saw him writing checks. I don't know if those are official acts per se. But I would think those and other acts used as evidence against Trump would be under consideration and would need to be ruled on.
Should cause a mistrial or something. They presented random evidence that had nothing to do with the charges at hand just to make him look worse and then the Supreme Court came out and said you can’t use that stuff against him.
I don’t know if it is true, but a difference between me and many others here is I have observed Trump since the 80’s. Read his books, read articles on his foreign policy ideas, not just the tabloid fodder. He has dealt with ruthless characters his whole life from dirty politicians, mob connected union bosses, construction companies, and those with way more money trying to beat him.
