Fried potatoes with a jalapeno and onion and bell peppers, with 3 eggs on top.

Its like the best thing ever.. I cooked the eggs abit too long, when theyre nice and runny, you put them on top of the potatoes and break them open, then stir it all up.. Its fantastic..
