    Never ever submit to a search. A K-9 should not be used for a excuse for a warrant less search. The cops have a huge history of lying with those dogs.

    If the dog alerts on your car, you're not going to have a lot of options.

    W/ re to automobiles, there is no warrant requirement, so don't hold your breath waiting for the police to produce one.

    Well, we could, and I'm just throwing it out there because, you know, it's my hobby horse, have all judgments against the police for civil rights violations paid from police pensions.;)

    Maybe we can add it as a rider to the bill that says any lawyer who takes a nuisance case must pay the court and all affected parties back out of his own pocket to increase their integrity about lawsuits and the affect is has on the party sued and to outlaw malpractice insurance in order to get doctors to respect the lives of their patients.

    In an episode of the Justice League cartoon that my son was watching there was some alien civilization that was set up in which whomever represented you and you lost the case the **SAME** punishment would be given to them. This cut down on the number of lawyers they had and backlog in the courts.
